Quality Construction - Great Warranty



Each new Misty Harbor Stealth model fishing boat is covered by an industry-leading 20 year, non-prorated warranty that covers all riveted or welded main hull seams - side to bottom, transom to side and transom to bottom. Pressure treated plywood flooring is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against decay and delamination. Models other than the stealth models are covered by other warranties.

Heavy-duty stringer system is sturdy without adding too much weight. Light, but strong is the key to a good design.
foam
Injected foam floatation fills all cavities and quiets and stiffens the boat for better performance and a more comfortable ride. Twin-plated hulls provide additional strength and reliability on some models where higher horsepower ratings demand more support.

Plywood decking is pressure-treated and carries a limited lifetime warranty - the most tried and proved deck material - guaranteed for as long as you own the boat.
Double-riveting transoms takes more time, but maintains the strength of aluminum better than any other connection method.

Riveted construction for the very same reason that aircraft builders still use it - rivets produce the ultimate in strength and reliability!
Aluminum lids are light in weight and won't warp.

Fiberglass-reinforced consoles are extra tough - not just a plastic shell like most other brands. (A thick layer of fiberglass is added to the underside of each console for strength and durability.)

Misty Harbor's "Custom Tiller" Voyager models are full feature fishing machines, complete with large aerated livewell and pre-wired trolling motor outlet. Inside, you will find an internal stringer bracing system for added hull strength and rivets close-set to aircraft standards. The stable, wide waterline beam and forward bow flare provide a smooth, dry ride. The Custom Tiller models come with two (2) pedestal mounted fishing seats so that one of them can be moved up into the bow casting platform when desired. A third seat with pedestal is optional.
